Press Supports Hoagland

This article speaks for itself.

Bottom line if the local court does not do what's  right we will go back to Supreme Court or file lawsuits against all Chambers as members and members rights and any bylaws redrafted to abuse members rights will also be challenged . This includes any structure like the Cvb in Charleston crafted  by Helen Hill and her lawyers . This must end and lots of questions and answers needed! Yes we still have many lawsuits to go. IRS whistle blower , anti trust, unfair trade, business and competitive practices and damages to SC tax paying media. Our poster child for this will be a single mom and several others that can be proven to a jury the damage done. This damage is growing at an alarming rate to many local media. What must happen to stop the pain continuing  in the future to everyone is all Chambers / CVBs,State and federal government gets out of any business that is usually carried on by for profit tax paying companies who help pay for roads, schools, military etc. My cases can be fully proven 100% to any judge or jury in a simple way anyone can understand . Also add SC Prt headed by Duane Parrish and SC Dnr must stop selling ads and fully support SC media . Even our federal government now in the media business with We are totally out of control. Its Massive insanity and bureaucratic abuse at its finest hour. Imagine trying to put those who pay taxes out of business. We are headed towards another Argentina if we don't get our house in order. Read the history! I will spend what ever it takes to have all these lawsuits decided. SC is our laboratory test for the USA to follow . Sad to say one of the most corrupt places and beautiful

Meeting Summary - Hilton Head Island-Bluffton Chamber of Commerce/Local Media Companies

You may recall that back in October of 2013 I began a dialog with the Hilton Head Island-Bluffton Chamber of Commerce (HHIBCC) in an attempt to find a “high-road” solution to grievances local media companies have with the HHIBCC.  My first letter was sent to the HHIBCC Chairman, Tom Upshaw on October 24, 2013.  Our first meeting was held on December 5, 2013 and the follow-up (and likely final) meeting was held March 18, 2014.  The HHIBCC gave a blanket denial of our requests during yesterday’s meeting.

BRAVO!!!!! It is soooo wonderful to see someone finally taking a stand on the abuse and neglect of organizations. You are my new hero Mr. Hoagland!!!! I was going to join the chamber because of what I believed it stood for and had no idea of the abuses.

Whatever the next action is, if you need bodies, I’m in! Thank you so much for looking out for your fellow business persons. You are appreciated more than you will ever know!!! Thank you again.
